Automating the Monday Morning Meeting
What if your weekly review was already done before you walked in? Automations that replace status meetings.

Every retail team has a Monday morning ritual: pull last week's numbers, compare to plan, identify issues, assign follow-ups. It takes 2-3 hours of prep and an hour of meeting time.
What if all of that was done by 9am, automatically?
The Automation
Set up once: "Every Monday at 9am, check this week's sales vs last week. Email me if anything's off." Mondian runs an agent every Monday. It checks all KPIs, identifies anomalies, and sends a digest — but only if something actually needs attention.
The silent weeks are as valuable as the loud ones. "All KPIs within normal range. No action needed." saves you an hour of analysis you would have done to reach the same conclusion.
Different Weeks, Different Actions
This is the key difference from a scheduled report. A static report shows the same metrics every week. An agent thinks fresh each time: Week 1 flags a revenue dip at Store #3. Week 2 finds nothing noteworthy. Week 3 catches a summer surge and suggests increasing orders.
Same automation, three different outcomes. That's what "agent-powered automation" means.
