Mondian is an AI-powered analytics platform for retail businesses. The Service includes data analysis, automated reporting, action execution (emails, price updates, notifications), and scheduled automations.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you upload to Mondian. We do not claim ownership of your data. We process your data solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Reverse engineer or extract source code from the Service
  • Use the Service to harm, harass, or deceive others
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our consent

6. AI-Generated Content

Mondian uses AI models to generate analyses, recommendations, and actions. While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any actions before they are executed. Mondian always asks for confirmation before taking external actions (sending emails, updating prices, etc.).

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mondian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
