Refund Policy

This policy explains when refunds are available for Mondian subscriptions, credit packs, and promotional credits. Read alongside our Terms of Service.
1. Subscription Plans
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. You can cancel at any time from Settings › Billing; cancellation stops future renewals. The current billing period is not refunded — you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions include a 14-day refund window. If you cancel within 14 days of the initial purchase or first annual renewal, we refund the full amount and close your plan. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel future renewals at any time.
How to request a refund
Email billing@mondian.ai from the address on your account. Include your organization name and the charge date. We respond within 2 business days.
2. Credit Packs
One-off credit packs purchased from Settings › Billing are eligible for a refund of the unused portion within 14 days of purchase. Credits that have already been consumed by analyses, automations, or actions are non-refundable.
- Remaining balance is calculated at the time of the refund request
- Refund is issued to the original payment method
- Once refunded, your credit balance is reduced accordingly
3. Promotional and Bonus Credits
Credits granted through promo codes (e.g. RetailTech Show), referral bonuses, trial allocations, or goodwill grants are not refundable for cash. They have no monetary value outside the Service and expire according to the terms of the specific promotion.
Mondian may also revoke promotional credits in cases of abuse, duplicate accounts, or violation of the promotion's stated terms.
4. Exceptions
We will issue a full refund, outside the normal windows, if:
- You were charged due to a billing error on our side
- A material defect prevented you from using the Service for an extended period
- You were charged after a confirmed cancellation
- A duplicate charge was made for the same plan or pack
5. Not Covered
Refunds are not available for:
- Partial usage of a monthly billing period
- Credits already consumed by the AI agent, automations, or actions
- Annual subscriptions after the 14-day window
- Promotional, bonus, trial, or referral credits
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund on your statement.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
